General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the company operating the 35bda platform and any person ("User") who uses our website and services. By accessing the 35bda.cam website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have automatically given your consent to these Terms.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposits on the 35bda platform are currently available via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are used for withdrawals. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes
• If there is a delay in processing a withdrawal request, please contact support

3.3 Verification Process

35bda reserves the right to verify identity before processing a withdrawal to prevent money laundering and fraud. If the necessary documents are not provided during this process, the withdrawal may be held.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

35bda offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Eligibility conditions must be met to claim this bonus.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means the total amount of the deposit and bonus must be wagered 25 times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, with a ৳1,000 deposit and a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳50,000 must be wagered.

4.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically stated
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for betting
• Using bonuses for fraudulent purposes will result in account cancellation

4.4 Changes to Promotional Offers

Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on 35bda are operated with the highest level of transparency and fairness. Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be manipulated in favour of any party.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account cancellation:

• Playing games using bots, scripts or automated software
• Exploiting technical errors in the game system
• Using another user's account
• Using fraudulent or deceptive methods in any game
• Attempting to harvest bonuses by placing opposing bets simultaneously ("arbitrage")

5.3 Technical Issues

If the outcome of a game becomes uncertain due to a technical issue, 35bda reserves the right to void that round and return the wagered amount.

VIP Program

The 35bda VIP Program has a total of 5 tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs for each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Through regular and active participation you can gradually advance to higher VIP tiers. To receive VIP benefits, the conditions of the relevant tier must be followed. 35bda will notify users in due time if the VIP cashback terms change.

Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Account Closure by 35bda

35bda reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Suspicion of money laundering
• Operating multiple accounts
• Evidence that the user is a minor

7.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. If there is a balance remaining before account closure, an opportunity to withdraw it will be provided, however any pending bonus conditions that have not been met will result in the bonus being cancelled.
